We already know this Demon and her Judge are going to be hung for the things they have done. There will be no jailtime for them that's for sure.

Not so sure about that, Q said justice would be served but not all will be made public. Anon's argued for a larger percentage be revealed and Q agreed. I think the doubles from central casting are already on trial or dead.
