U.S. District Judge Sharon Johnson Coleman has ruled that an illegal immigrant who has not committed a violent crime cannot be deprived of his gun rights.

I fail to see how a document written to protect citizens can be extended to someone that committed a crime to enter the country.

Illegals should have zero Constitutional rights.
