Look at the eye teeth. Heck, look at the SIZE of the teeth, in general. What I see is a lot more "frontal area" on the left, not so much on the right. Understood - it could be picture angles and such, but this is an indicator, to me.

And the outside of the eyebrows are completely different, and they're both 'natural', not drawn on. And the cheek dimples are missing on the double.
