They tried with the “projects” in the 60’s. They quickly became shithole communities that most people feared. People are not meant to live in close quarters. Bad things happen. People need space. Learn from history.

Psychologists have done studies. People need a certain amount of private space (living quarters), which can be achieved 3 dimensionally and sound-proofed. Thus density isnt a problem.
