What I found interesting is usually companies want 10+ years of experience, for which they're willing to pay entry level wages for, but these people specifically ask for inexperienced people (within 2 years of graduation).
A-players only work with A-players. Entry level drones isn't what you want when you're trying to attract top talent, negotiate salaries for top talent, or handle public relations for your guy when gets caught cheating on his wife with a transvestite midget.
