MUST READ: Donald Trump’s Civil Cases In New York Are About Much More Than Him – And If Allowed To Stand, Will Be The Death Knel...

It is a good article for the most part, but it makes one big mistake: the click-bait hyperbole of a "death knell for capitalism, property rights, rule of law", etc. They extrapolate the stupidity of New York State as if it has anything to do with the rest of the country. It does not.
We are watching the economic suicide of New York, that is true. But contrast it with Florida, and Texas, and most of the other States. All New York is doing is accelerating the exodus of businesses and people with functional brains from the commie blue states that do these sorts of incredibly stupid things.
Put simply, New York's pain is all the red state's gain.
I agree with you overall, especially from a citizen standpoint.
From a state political standpoint, there are more RINOs in state houses than in DC, and that's saying something.
I wouldn't trust a "red state" governor or state house to do anything that the people want because they have proven they won't.
Case in point, the majority of state houses in battleground states had "Plenary Power" from the US Constitution to control the federal elections in their states and ALL of them did NOTHING to truly pursue remedies for the obvious election fraud that occurred in those states.
Good catch; this is no "death knell". Capitalism is all about competition. People choosing another state over NY sounds like competition is alive and well.
