IMO; appeals court has to give James and Engoron an immediate cease and desist. Prosecutorial and Judicial misconduct are on full display in both the proceeding and excessive award as well as the politicized TDS bias publicly communicated pre “trial”

If assets seized Trump will get them back plus “real” damages if appeal overturns the Engoron/James clown show. If not, NY will have to supply all the illegals golf clubs, deal with the mass migration of real estate developers and the real estate industry plus the loss of Federal funds and aid when Trump goes MAGA! It’s a lose-lose situation for NY.
