It is possible for me to access the same reality that you live in. Anything that is completely personal and totally limited to your consciousness is only relevant to you. That is, unless you can express it in a way that is relevant or resonates with other people.
Even if it resonates with other people though, that doesn't automatically make it factually accurate/true. A psyop is a good example of this.

If you don't if agree with me about reality then i know you're wrong and you're never going to convince me otherwise.
