Possible comm. Note, though, that aspect ratios of the two lines look the same. Would that make the likelihood of the dark portions of the lines falling where they are more intentional, or less? ...or no bearing whatsoever?

Not sure ...the line of the arrow is longer so if it's a clock face I would assume it's 10 til 8 or 7:50
