"Extreme Risk" will be defined by whichever Fed Agent or "Fed Partner" wants your gun. There will be grift in this, funding for "Fed Partners" will be tied to how many guns they steal from us. Our Government keeps growing and growing.

Most states have laws already to deal with extreme risks.

This looks fishy right after the Moscow Shooting.
