If you aren't a Nurse or a Doctor, you lose your freedom of speech. If you ARE a Nurse or a Doctor, you lose your job or your license to practice medicine, then they take your freedom of speech. These people need to be arrested, given a fair trial, and severely punished for what they have done and what they are doing to the world.
