Have you ever been to Baltimore? When you come off the ramp, the bridge/ over/ underpass is full of homeless people. It's nasty area. I worked up there for months building a parking deck 2 blocks behind the Ravens stadium! If you can Find the Police, and are nice to them ( at the time, Trump was in office) they were nice to you! Awful!
