God declared the death penalty as the just punish for murderers. A country that gives less is sinning.

Genisis 9:6: “Whoever sheds human blood, by humans shall their blood be shed; for in the image of God has God made mankind."

Canada's lack of the death penalty is sin. May God overthrow the wicked rulers of our country. Same with UK and all unjust states.
