If you look closer, it seems as though it was turned off but it wasn't going to hit the bridge so it was turned back on to adjust and then cut off again. You can also see massive amounts of smoke coming out because they full throttled it to make sure it didn't miss. Just imo. I may be wrong about that.

Looks extremely suspect to me. This is certainly not an everyday occurrence and there are supposed to be failsafes to prevent this type of event from happening.
A lot has to go wrong for this to occur accidentally. Not to mention the interesting times we are currently in.
You can see the lights go out and then come back on a few seconds before impact (after it was too late to adjust headings).
