Since the Israeli's have Neutron Bombs I'm pretty sure Russia does. So that close to home better to kill all the Animals but leave the remaining buildings standing.

If they go to unconventional type weapons I am pretty sure the use of Neutron bombs will be used. I should clarify my statement because it sounds like nuclear bombs but what I meant is there will be craters all over Ukraine.
