As a ham operator back in the day we called that signal “The Woodpecker “. There were all kinds of speculations as to what it was and what it was used for …

The woodpecker was an old long range radar called the dupa or something similar. It’s out of commission after the Cold War…wrong signal than this but the sound was still cool and eerie to hear
