I’ve been taking it prophylactically, and I’m feeling pretty good. I’m also doing that DMSO on my shoulder on a brown spot I have there and it’s diminishing.
I have been taking BORON for Arthritis and the symptoms are NOT as severe as they once were...however, "movement" is a great helper in this...Yoga or Elliptical Training do wonders along with other body movements exercises!!!
