They are most likely abused, tortured, mkultra'd and included in the satanic rituals from a very young age, so that they are brainwashed into it. And if they do eventually start to get a conscience, it would start to become obvious if they show reluctance to participate, so they would be seriously warned or even tortured to remain silent. I have heard that the penalty for speaking out or betrayal is death.

I am basing the above on the testimonies that I have read or heard online from those brave enough to escape and speak out. And that simple, but horrible method is how these evil people have been able to persist yet remain hidden for so long.
