Its the ratio of likes count to comments count. When the post is good, likes count is so much higher than comments count. When there is a bad post, people spew their frustration so much more, so comments count is higher.
Just adding a bit more context for dumbpassword… there’s no downvoting on X, you can only like a post. Also, commenting on post takes significantly more effort than liking it. Thus if a post has more comments than likes (a higher “ratio”), it’s a pretty solid signal that the post is unpopular.
In this case, End Wokeness got significantly more likes as a sub comment than Biden got as the headlining post. Also something that wouldn’t typically happen unless the original post was very unpopular.
