The Constitution is the bedrock of our nation, representing our fundamental values and principles. We must apply the Constitution as a standard when interpreting and enforcing all laws and justice systems.

The only "problem" with the Articles of Confederation is they did not allow for the graft that the US Constitution - with its taxing and spending powers - does.
