Excellent question. If this little scam of demanding and getting a SSN and then using this to illegally register to vote is real, maybe everyone at the departments who issue SSNs should get arrested immediately for electoral fraud.

If texas shows more blue than last election it's a good very indicator of fraud and rigged elections.
