When we rebuild America, people should be paid in 3 ways. A current liquidity, a mid term liquidity and a long term liquidity. The value of your current work will benefit you into your future life and earnings. There are lots of interesting ways to structure these capital systems. Pension funds and the like can be kept secure with these 3 structures..
