Red counties need to release their vote count at the same time or after the blue cities

Blue cities have their count adjusted accordingly. This needs done with lawfare in Georgia, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Arizona and Michigan.

It's actually a brilliant strategy. Very simple, can be done by all, and would directly hurt their ability to print ballots or 'find' them.
