Red counties need to release their vote count at the same time or after the blue cities

Blue cities have their count adjusted accordingly. This needs done with lawfare in Georgia, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Arizona and Michigan.

I've said this in Illinois for years. Crook County is always the last to report, so that they know how many cemeteries they need to enroll
