Red counties need to release their vote count at the same time or after the blue cities

Blue cities have their count adjusted accordingly. This needs done with lawfare in Georgia, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Arizona and Michigan.

Sure they can, they can create as many fraudulent votes as their scheme allows them to. If I don't know how many of something I need to make and bad things happen if I don't make enough I'll make as many as I am capable of.
