I filed the amendment with the help of Turbo tax, and got a thing saying they accepted it, then I" got a letter in the mail saying I" owed the IRS 1.1 million plus 22k for a bounced check fee.

You need a lawyer who can sue the parties responsible for your damages. Immediately.
crap. I don't have any damages yet. I will call them tomorrow and see if they are just reasonable about this situation, if not I will get in touch with a lawyer. Just wtf. Thanks
I would contact a lawyer before talking to anyone from the irs, and also record any conversations I have with my bank or irs. Save all records too.

Whatever you do, NEVER talk to the IRS. Always do it through a lawyer.
