Seeing as the post seems to be addressed to the mods, I'm guessing that's the ban hammer, so to speak. The 8? Maybe OP has been banned seven times already and is thinking s/he might get another timeout. Or something to do with the upcoming eclipse on the 8th? Who knows? Only the OP.... Pretty cool meme either way.
