Actually if I owned a fast food restaurant, I’d be so mad, that that’s exactly what I’d do. It’s forcing those businesses to either loose money or layoff staff and raise prices. This policy can only cause the destruction of those businesses and put more people on welfare. CA knew it too - that was the plan. I hate these people.
