On a follow up to this, let's say hypothetically it is proved that another country, for example, China or Israel, are found to be behind the fraud and attempted Color Revolution here, they would also be liable in the international criminal court and it would be considered an open act of warfare. They would be liable for anything their "agents" did, including funding a war in the Ukraine.
