same. i call it the Q-diet now.
Make sure you drink lots of water, I do the same and last year spent the night in the psyc ward, dehydration makes you hallucinate.
beer is water....(but yes i drink water....I have been a carpenter for 40 yrs)

I eat less and better good for 15 years now. Lost 45 lbs and got my health back. Fast long periods on purpose and feel 100 percent stronger and healthier. Most over wat even with one meal a day.

Food prices may be crazy but I'm cozy here. Got 2 deer from last season in the freezer and drawing down some of my dry goods from the pantry, I went overboard stocking up and it seems like a fine time to use some. Also decided to loose some weight. Basically spending less on groceries than ever before! Id be hurting otherwise if I wasn't prepared though
