There was a comment on GAW recently that said that Q said that Jack Poso is Mossad.

But here Jack Poso is using a Q quote.

Whatever he is, its evidence that just because someone uses a phrase commonly associated with Q does not mean the user of the phrase is associated with Q, and people here are way too excitable.
