PEMEX has a fire? That's pretty much a monthly occurrence for that company. I did work for them years ago and was the only client where the practice was to try to fireproof the valves so that after the fire is out they can just turn everything back on. Compare this to American and European refineries where the practice is that equipment needs to be inspected and most often replaced before resuming production.
