This is how they ballot harvest. They vote for people who dont vote, but have valid id's on file with the state. They get a database from those states dmv's. This why people like true the vote and now finally the rnc are suing states to clean their voter rolls, so that they dont use these illegitimate ballots to sway elections like they have done for 15-20 years.
No, I don't buy it. Ballotpedia has links to 24 states that require photo ID, not 8 states.

Thanks for clarifying. 26 states is still too many while all those countries still require their minorities to procure IDs.
