Its like, there are consequences to being a genocidal terrorist!

If it wasn't for Nuland et al, he would have been sanctioned, Russia would have been all 'we will lead an international coalition to bring this enemy to justice', he would have been taken out by spetnaz probably after fleeing to Israel where he thought himself safe, millions of ukrainians would still be alive, and the country would not be in ruins.
