"They plan a biological attack on April 8th, just before totality of the solar eclipse. It will happen like this. The aircraft will drop their payload at three intervals. The first is 2 hours before totality, the second is 1 hour before totality and the third is 30 minutes before totality. The planes will drop a dry powder (bacterial bioweapon). It will not be visible. The first symptoms appear 7 to 10 days after infection. The media will know about it 30 days after infection. 60 days after infection, panic will reach a new high. The newly adopted UN/WHO pandemic powers will come into force 90 days after infection.
