And... I bet if you were to follow the money you will find out that a handful of individuals and, NGO's, nonprofits, and hired "think tanks".. got really wealthy over the past five years. Most the money never made it to ground level to actually help anything or anyone past a quick little fish given here and there that lasted a day of assistance.
