Apparently some idiot criminal in Chicago got killed shooting at the cops, which is like a weekly occurrence anyway. I live in the suburbs and have only heard of this from those two using it in their recent stream titles meanwhile no mention of it here, even on social media. Is this a nothingburger that they're just trying to milk for views? I figure if it had any legs we'd already be discussing it.
Addition: Looks like NotTheBee has posted about it but I've not seen anywhere near the uproar like we had in 2020 where BLM was already rioting before the body had even cooled. https://notthebee.com/article/check-out-how-wapo-is-covering-this-story-about-a-kid-who-opened-fire-on-police-during-a-traffic-stop
IDK, but, do know that most all those shootings never get a moment of msn coverage. This case they had his mom and all out there crying over her innocent son who just got his first car and all that ((same stuff they used to get people riled up in 2020) In my opinion, they are out to squash the narrative quickly, what it looks like it has been addressed already. People are looking to sources other than the usual MsN when stories pop up and are spammed by MsN so, always good to have the info there waiting for a counter or more thorough explanation of what went down. So, leave it at "kid was shot 100 times by police while taking his first car out for a drive" or, deep dive into what actually happened. Shrug. I am still wondering whats up with the 30mil (in cash) stolen in CA that was a Msn story for 1 day then crickets. How big of a physical haul would 30million of cash look like? a Truck full? Two? They claim it was stolen from inside the building, no signs of forced entry, nothing caught on any of the surveillances.. blahblahblah.. Sounds to me this is the Money Laundering equivalent of "lost my rod in a boating accident"
