Irainian gains support for the new/old war in the Middle East that biden needs. Palestinian will help the failing cause of Israel. Indigenous will help the woeful polls of the current Australian government because the people voted NO against the want to be dictators. Extremist Christian will continue to make it a common term and help the satanists reach their end goal.
