The thing that most jumps out at me is how the camera zoomed in on this guy just before he flashed the Q.

No, someone took the video, edited it and zoomed in to this guy. You can tell it's cropped.

I don't think you understood me.. The comment I replied to implied that the actual cameraman who filmed this footage zoomed into the Q guy- but that's not true, someone took the film and cropped and zoomed onto the guy.
