SUE EVERY AGENCY WHO FAILED TO STOP EVERY "MASS SHOOTING", WE DON'T LOSE OUR RIGHTS OVER THESE ATROCITIES, THE AGENCIES WHO WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR PREVENTING THEM LOSE THEIR JOBS AND FUNDING

Idk if it should be agency-wide or specifically targeting the leadership at the time of the event
