That's one card the cabal could play. But I think a better card to play if I were in the cabal's position would be to collapse the economy. And Trump would have to be voted in as SOTH anyways. No point in ushering a vote to remove him when they just voted him in. Might as well just make sure he loses the vote to become Speaker at that point.
