Yep DeSantis signed that into law in Florida over a year ago and Noem recently did in South Dakota.

Lies and misinformation, HE SIGNED A BILL, that would define what antisemitism is so it can fall under a HATE CRIME if a Jewish person is attacked for being Jewish.

it's just an extension of existing Hate crime laws. So you can be charged with a hate crime if you assault a Jewish person for being jewish.

Denying the holocaust is still free and protected speech and NOT A HATE CRIME.
