That is what I was saying ---at least what I was thinking if all were to vote guilty except one patriot would equal a hung jury. My literary skills lack meaning sometimes but heck, I'll be 73 this year and my memory is still good as when I was 18. (Not say my memory when I was 18 was worth a crap either!) Keke
