Great summary and it's a well considered position - I have not read the Anti-federalist papers but it's on my 'to read' list. It's clear there's too much power concentrated at the Federal Level, and I always thought it was due to the 17th amendment making direct election of senators (instead of them being appointed by the states) but maybe there are other parts which need reconsideration. Certainly a lot about how things function is wasteful, bloated, inefficient, does needless harm to small people while over-protects larger bad-actors from losing profit share or being held to the same standards.
