Just before the foreign aid bills passed the House, Democrats were seen cheering while waving Ukrainian flags — prompting anger from some of their GOP colleagues.

The optics of all this stinks to high heaven. Politicians are all actors, and they posture in ways that they think will make them more popular. This is the opposite of that behavior.
