These are the ways we can survive in this clown world:
Step #1 - Complete disengagement and divorce from Pharma. No drugs, no medicines, no doctor visits, no checkups, no tests, no masks, no fuckin anything they say. I practice what I say. I've been in this path from past 20+ years now.
Step #2 - Our bodies have natural healing capabilities. We just have to learn to listen to it in the gap between the thoughts. By becoming aware of the incessant thoughts the speed of the thought train gradually reduces thus eventually creating gaps.
Step #3 - Start becoming aware of the breathing, how the diaphragm moves in and out, how cold air goes in and warm air goes out.
Step #4 - Once we can feel the breath, we can then move on to other sensations in the body. After we become familiar with heart beats, blood circulations, subtle pains in the extremities, we can learn to sense internal organs. They give enough clues on state of the body.
Step #5 - Become your own doctor. Feeling the body gives clues on what it needs - whether food, water, sleep, rest, exercise, etc. Best of all, its fuckin FREE! I stopped health insurance from past 2 years, thus saving good amount of dough!
Can you recommend a resource that elaborates on this? It is very intriguing to me. I think you are onto something here.
I am your resource 😀. Ask me anything. I have learned those on my own. Meditation reveals a LOT of things internally. e.g. you know the luciferian pharma recommends to remove appendix and tonsils? These are most vital organs that indicate dangerous levels of toxins in our body - appendix for the colon and tonsils for the upper lymph channel system. When they start hurting we must go for a deep detox. When appendix start hurting, we must flush out our colon by enema and juice diets. When tonsils hurt, we should also go on green juice diets to detox.
Simple things in life are free and most effective.
Paul Chek - if you are in the US, you should be able to source his books easily. Elsewhere is tricky and expensive. How to Move, Eat and Be Healthy is the only book you will ever need, and should be owned by every human, according to a recent Jason Christoff presentation I saw.
