Has anyone saved a thread about desperate measures to get rid of a very bad sinus infection. I'm getting a nasal lavage machine. What can I put up my sinuses besides just the xclear xylitol rinse. Dr Malone recommended a lavage with a few drops of iodine to help prevent covid. I've used it multiple times with great success. Makes sense, iodine has been used to treat infections for decades.

I've used several drops of providone iodine in a netting pot, worked great and my sinus cleared in a few days.
