KSIC is a CA based company, the article states. I’d imagine that the state of CA will find some BS way to go after KSIC.

One of the changes was KSIC agreed to NY jurisdiction. KSIC is headquartered in CA, but they are incorporated in Delaware. And the parent company is in the Virgin Islands.
