Thats how they operate. They appear to go way over the line, with an extreme. Then appear to back pedal to something more reasonable. When in was the 'reasonable' thing they wanted in the first place. That's how they move the goal posts a little and a time. Just like Gay marriage. Now we have furries in grade school biting students.
