Then that is where we fundamentally disagree about religion. The Bible is very clear about not making your bodies, ie tattoos. How is that not a mockery as you put it, but being gay is? If you've lived a virtuous life, made the lives of those around you better, loved and cared for your fellow man, left the world a better place after you've gone, and God says sorry no gays or tattoos allowed, do you think that is a just God?
